By participating in our Brand Ambassador Program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you and 123PR.co (the "Company"). The Brand Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions is a supplemental agreement to the 123PR Terms and Conditions.
To enroll in the Program, you must complete the application form on our website and be approved by the Company. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, in our sole discretion.
You cannot signup for our press release distribution services using your own referral links. Using your referral link for your own orders is not allowed and will result in your commission being removed and your account being disabled.
As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to promote our products or services in a professional and ethical manner. You may not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive conduct, or engage in any activities that violate our brand's values or policies. Do not make any false claims about our services. Make sure anything your write or say about our service is accurate. Do not send your referral links in emails that were collected without the consent of the person receiving the email. Do not put your referral links on any website that promotes coupons, gambling, adult material, or pharmaceuticals.
You will earn a commission on sales generated through your unique referral links. You earn 25% of all sales for clients you refer for the lifetime of the client. You earn 10% of all sales for clients of Brand Ambassadors you refer for the lifetime of the client. Refunded orders are removed from your generated sales, so you do not earn commission on refunded orders. If you have already been paid commission on an order that later is refunded, the commission will be deducted from your next payment.
You must have a PayPal account to receive your payout. The minimum payout is $100 USD and will be paid by the 7th day of each month.
The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, violating these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent conduct, or engaging in any activities that harm our brand's reputation.
You agree to keep all confidential information shared with you by the Company confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without our prior written consent.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Program.
The Company reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, in our sole discretion.
